Supportive Care Services Pastoral Care Services The Pastoral Care Program offers HIV Infected and affected individuals spiritual care. Supportive spiritual counseling is provided by our network of Brooklyn Faith Based Leaders. The Pastoral program is designed for members of all denominations. The program allows individuals to have their spiritual needs addressed. Eligibility Requirements To receive Services clients must be infected or affected with HIV/AIDS. To become part of our network of Faith Based Leaders, you must be affiliated with an established Faith Based Organization (FBO). FBO– Must be incorporated as a 501(c)3 organization. Must be willing to work with HIV infected/affected individuals and/or other disenfranchised groups of people. Must be willing to be interviewed by a BATF Pastoral Care Staff Member. Must comply with the NYS HIV/AIDS Confidentiality Laws. Must show Compassion, Understanding, Patience and Love.
