Early Intervention Services (E.I.S)

The Early Intervention Services Department provides services to the Brooklyn community at large. Services provided include health screens, HIV testing & Counseling, clean syringe access (ESAP) and outreach. The department is composed of four components: HIV Testing & Counseling and Linkage to Care, Expanded Syringe Access Program (ESAP), pantry and cooking demonstration workshops, and low threshold Harm Reduction Relapse Prevention services. Services are provided on the mobile unit stationed in several Brooklyn neighborhoods as well as on-site at our office locations. Follow the links to read more details about the specific programs:
